Signing of contracts for three GDHM hotels by Loumage hotels

Loumage Hotels & Resorts LLC, announced the signing of contracts for three GDHM hotels by Loumage hotels together with prospective management contract for another luxury hotel with GDHM in Kingdom of Bahrain. The signing demonstrates Loumage’s commitment in expanding and deepening its collaboration with GDHM as business partner.

GDHM is the largest Hospitality group in the Kingdom of Bahrain with more than 20 Hotels, Apartments, upscale restaurants and growing.  GDHM, signed a Business partnership agreement with the American hotel chain Loumage Hotels & Resorts (LH&R) which is based in New Jersey, U.S.A.

Loumage is an International Hotel Chain that was founded in 2014 & is incorporated in New York, United States of America, registered as L.L.C by Delaware USA Corporate Services Inc. The team of Loumage Management represents a collection of diverse international expertise in hospitality industry. In addition to Bahrain expansion plan, Loumage pipelines also include 120 rooms’ hotel in Atlanta, Georgia U.S.A and 200 rooms’ hotel in Jeddah, K.S.A…etc.

This business partnership represents a key initiative to underpin the combined ambitions of GDHM & Loumage U.S.A., to further expansion within GCC hospitality market.

Dr. Mohammed Rafeeq the Chairman of GDHM and Mr. M.F. Ossman, CEO Middle East of Loumage incepted their business collaboration at a contract signing ceremony held at Florida Hotel, Kingdom of Bahrain on 12^th of July, 2017.

The three GDHM properties in Bahrain are “Aspire Tower Suites (By Loumage) in Juffair, Sea Scene Tower (By Loumage) in diplomatic area and Florida “deluxe 4 stars Hotel (By Loumage) in Manama city. The  properties in total of 246 rooms.
