PANAJI: American hotel chain Loumage Hotels & Resorts has entered into a strategic distribution partnership with New Zealand-based technology company STAAH to gain further market share through online exposure. The agreement is the latest addition to STAAH’s rapidly growing property portfolio in the region.
“We are looking forward to a very successful partnership with STAAH,” said chief executive officer of Loumage Hotels & Resorts Mohamed Farouk. “We are confident that this agreement will bolster our online revenue through a better global reach and improved direct bookings.”
The new connection means all Loumage group properties will have availability and pricing for its rooms distributed automatically to a wide range of local and international online distribution channels, including online travel agents (OTAs), GDS and their own website booking engine.
The information will be linked to Loumage Hotels & Resorts’ central reservation system, allowing instant updates on all platforms, dramatically reducing chances of over bookings.
